Making our first batches of jerky back in 1987 our love and passion for jerky has lasted over 30 years. We are a group of people dedicated to providing you with delicious Real Beef Jerky.

Working hard and being passionate about our process directly relates to producing the best quality and taste for our beef jerky.

Taking our time perfecting our marinades and slow drying our jerky in the smokehouse is what produces that Old Western Style Jerky just like Grandpa use to make.
